Problems and ways of solution”, organized by LigaBusinessInform, Ukrainian Lawyer Magazine and Kommersant -Ukraine Newspaper. Oleksandra Pavlenko, attorney-at-law, partner with Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk, Law group reported at the round table on State Bank’s consolidate actions in the period of financial-banking crisis. Mrs. Pavlenko highlighted on necessity of the same policy and strategy for the State banks in order to exclude competence between two State banks and with the purpose to decrease the risk of bankruptcy in the banking system.
