Problems and ways of its solution”, organized by LigaBusinessInform, Ukrainian Lawyer Magazine and Yuridicheskaya Practika Newspaper. Mrs. Poberezhnyuk made a report on necessity of making changes in the Law of Ukraine # 800-VI on Prevention of world financial crisis influence on development of building sector and housing sector, connected with the rights protection of legal entities and individuals that invested in building, as well as possibility of passing into investors’ property undeveloped objects.
