13 February 2009 a special talk show “Shuster Live” with a special guest Viktor Yanukovych, the leader of opposition on TV channel “Ukraina” was issued. Oleksandra Pavlenko, attorney-at-law, partner with “Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, Law group made a report in which she asked about concrete actions of opposition in solving the questions regarding raising interest rates by banks, increase in UAH rate and loan delta. Oleksandra Pavlenko also noted that the State Committee for regulatory policy and entrepreneurship develops a legislative draft concerning the fixation of UAH rate on loan repayment, the main purpose of which remains risks allocation between 3 parties – the government, banks and clients.
