Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk law group is official legal counsel of the State Committee for Enterpreneurship

In terms of Public Private Partnership “Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, Law Group in cooperation with the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship (further– the Committee) develops legislative acts. Until March, 2009 associates of the Law group should implement a number of the legislative initiatives connected with necessary anti-crisis measures in sphere of currency-credit policy, taxation, optimization of activity of small and medium-sized business. At present time the Law group has already submitted the developments on amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Enterprise Profit Tax”, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Income Tax”, the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on restraining bank from changing terms and conditions of the agreement of bank deposit and credit agreement unilaterally” as well as the Draft Law of Ukraine “On patenting of self-employment” and suggestions on the simplified taxation system.

At suggestion of Oleksandra Kuzhel, the head of the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, Oleksandra Pavlenko, attorney-at-law, partner with “Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, Law group became a member of consulting council under the State Committee.

Since 2007 Oleksandra Pavlenko is the legal advisor to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Banking and Finance. She also advises on draft legislation the Subcommittee on Securities and Stock Market. Oleksandra is the member of legislative working groups of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission of Ukraine.
