Enlargement of “Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, law group

“Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, Law Group has announced changes in its staff. In January 2009, auditor Dmytro Sushko joined the company and currently is the head of the department of tax consulting. Strategically Law Group foresees its enlargement in 2009 in the sphere of audit (including taxes and finance). Thus, it is planned that in the first half of the year the subsidiary company will be opened, which will become a part of Law Group in the sphere of audit.

What is more, “Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, Law Group raises professionalism of its employees. Namely, lawyers Olena Protsenko and Vitaliy Burdak were admitted to bar on January 30th, 2009.

Olena Protsenko, attorney-at-law, works in the sphere of real estate and land legal relationship, specializes in court disputes with state bodies of architecture, building and land law. She has participated in accompanying of large land projects, building and projection of new administrative-territorial entities in Kyiv district.

Vitaliy Burdak, attorney-at-law, is an expert in securities and stock market as well as corporate protection of enterprises. He deals with accompanying of issues of securities, represents interests of shareholders and emitters in corporate disputes and disputes regarding violations on the stock market, conducts projects on protection against hostile takeovers and specializes in meditative method of settlement of the conflicts.

Before joining “Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk”, Law Group, Dmytro Sushko, auditor, was the Director General of the international auditor company MGI “Consulting Ltd.”. Dmytro Sushko, Ph.D. in Economics, holds ACCA diploma, has a certificate of the auditor of A-series. He is also a judicial expert of the Kiev scientific research institute of judicial examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
