THE WAY TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
On 24 February Ms Oleksandra Pavlenko will be making a report on the need for legislative regulation of the lobbying activity in Ukraine.
The subject will be held in detail during the speech Oleksandra Pavlenko, attorney-at-law, partner with Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk Law Group, is going to make at 5 pm on 24 February, Friday, under the Legal Service Market Development in Ukraine - 2012 VIII Annual Legal Forum taking place in Radisson BLU Hotel (22, Yaroslavov Val Str).
“It is that very moment when, due to political events in the country and parliamentarians’ illiteracy trend the entire sectors keep waiting for legal regulation or solutions for outdated legislation deadlocks, and when it is pointless to speak about lobbyism in a whisper, we should state that only involving legal experts may turn an idea or business need into an effective law to comply with, the one having further subordinate legislation development”, commented Oleksandra Pavlenko.
Lobbyism in Ukraine today is an illegal occurrence, and the ways it displays itself are far from being civilized. As a result, there is developed the ground for corruption, concentration of powers in the hands of narrow circles and mistakes in making crucial state decisions.
