On April 15-16, 2010 in London was held the Third Annual CIS-EU Legal Forum Eurolawyer 2010, the main subject of which was “State and Business: joint development perspectives” Eurobusiness Advisory organized the Forum. Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk Law group was one of the sponsors of this event.
Oleksandra Pavlenko, attorney-at-law, partner with Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk Law group reported at the Forum on “The new categories of corporate disputes in Ukraine. What is waiting for a foreign investor?” as well as she made a speech on “Anti-crisis instrument - recapitalisation of private banks in Ukraine: contradiction of general and special legislation”.
“This year a lot of Ukrainian law firms, international professional and business associations attended the Forum. More than 30% of all participants represented Ukrainian companies, which is a progressive trend for our country at the Forum of such level”, noted Oleksandra Pavlenko, attorney-at-law, partner with Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk Law group.
