"Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk" protected interests of "Dispomed"

Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk Law group successfully protected interests of the Manufacturing company Dispomed (sector of pharmaceutics and medical products) in the case against the Kyiv regional customs for violation of customs regulations. On 24th of February, 2010, the Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv established the absence of administrative violations in the actions of the Manufacturing company Dispomed and closed the proceedings on violation of customs regulations. Due to the Law group’s efforts the Court’s decision on return of withdrawn company’s cargo by the customs authorities for further customs clearance was received (large consignment of medical goods). The Court’s ruling entered into force.
In January, 2010 in relation to director of the MC Dispomed 6 minutes on violation of customs regulations were made. Customs authorities have withdrawn goods worth more than UAH 9 million.
