On May 30, 2010 a decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv dated 19 May 2010 came into effect, which declared a Resolution of the Territorial department of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC) in Kyiv and Kyiv district illegal and abolished the application of sanctions against Kyiv Factory of Sparkling Wines “Stolichniy” CJSC for violations on the securities market.
Thus, in December, 2009 the circulation of shares of the Kyiv Factory of Sparkling Wines “Stolichniy” CJSC was suspended according to the abovementioned Resolution of the SSMSC. The Court declared the Commission’s decision illegal and abolished its Resolution.

Since 2007 Kyiv Factory of Sparkling Wine ”Stolichniy” is a part of the group of the European Producers of sparkling wines - Henkell&Co. The corporation Henkell&Co is one of leading players of the European market and owns enterprises for the production of sparkling wines in countries such as Germany, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, and Italy. As the results in 2009 238 million bottles were realized by the corporation. Annual turnover of the company made EUR 628,6 million.
